ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Effective as of: February 7 2024
- RETURNS. Returns are accepted and you must contact [email protected] within 3 days of USPS delivering your items. Because much of our merchandise is custom-made and delivered to order please be aware that we adhere to this timeline unconditionally.
- EXCHANGES. For items purchased online, exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at [email protected]/returns to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item’s order number and your reason for the exchange. Exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be processed once we receive your item.
- RETURN SHIPPING. Return authorization for items shipped in error, or items being returned/exchanged because they are defective or damaged, Eclipse Merchandise will email you a pre-paid shipping label. Return shipping on items that are being returned/exchanged for other reasons will be paid for by the customer.
- ELIGIBLE ITEMS. The following items: Clearance items, Final Sale items, Perishable items, Special-Order items, Custom Products (Canvas Orders are included in this), and Gift Cards are not eligible for return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at management’s discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
- CONDITION OF ITEMS. Except for items that were damaged when purchased, items must be in new, unused, and in saleable condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached.
- FORM OF PAYMENT. Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
- CANVAS. Canvas pieces are printed canvas wrapped on a one-inch sturdy pine frame. We do our best to center the artwork when the canvas is pulled. However, please note that there can be up to 1/4″ offset. We only accept exchanges for the same artwork. Canvas pieces and a picture of the artwork with the issue must be submitted for review before an exchange is approved.
